Produced from a selection of the finest Teran grapes. It has an almost opaque purple color. On the nose, you will sense young and fresh aromas expressed through the intense scent of small red and black berries such as blackberry, blueberry, and strawberry, along with a hint of peppery notes and subtle forest nuances. On the palate, it is dry and shyly reveals its freshness, which is an essential characteristic of this wine, accompanied by a moderate body and low tannins.

Tessuto vino - Primitovo 0.75L

Valle is a blend of Istrian Malvasia and Sauvignon Blanc. Malvasia gives it body and texture, while Sauvignon Blanc contributes aromatic complexity, freshness and verticality. The colour is pale lemon. On the nose it is gentle and somewhat restrained, hinting at youthful primary fruit through Malvasia’s peachy tone and Sauvignon’s green-peppery note. The two varieties intertwine so that neither dominates. The palate is dry with good flavour intensity. Here Malvasia steps back while Sauvignon leads with its freshness. Uncomplicated, slightly saline and pleasantly long on the finish.

A dry wine made from 100% Malvazija Istarska, with an elegant green-yellow hue and aromas of nectarine and acacia. Fresh, harmonious and pleasantly drinkable.

In Sylvis Arbor Malvazija Istarska is a harmonious wine distinguished by its straw-yellow colour with golden reflections. It is crystal clear and moderately dense.

Istrian Malvasia is the most important and widespread indigenous grape variety in Istria, and Malvasia was the first wine produced by the In Sylvis winery. After hand-harvesting, the Istrian Malvasia grapes are processed through crushing, destemming, and pressing. The fermentation process is monitored daily in stainless steel tanks under controlled conditions.

The wine is vivid, straw-yellow in colour with a delicate greenish hue. It is complex on the nose, with aromas of acacia blossom, lemon, ripe peach and mango. On the palate it is very fresh and soft, with an elegant and long-lasting taste. In the aftertaste there is a slight bitterness of green almond, so typical of Istrian Malvasia. Food pairing: Serve with various cold and warm starters such as: sea bass carpaccio with lemon, rocket, white pepper and fleur de sel, prawn and zucchini risotto, omelette with wild asparagus and pancetta.

Fakin Malvasia is a dry wine of straw-yellow colour with greenish hues, creamy and full-bodied, with a recognisable varietal aroma and a pleasant, well-rounded mineral taste. This gentle and silky wine of playful and authentic character exudes elegance and freshness, with citrus and floral nuances.The olfactory palette is led by fresh white fruit and citrus notes, followed by subtle floral-herbal hints in the background, with impressions of narcissus, daisy, chamomile, currant leaf, meadow herbs and green tea. On the palate it delivers energetic freshness with fruity aromas of green apple and pear, lime, kiwi, green grapefruit and lemon.Malvasia matures for six months in stainless steel tanks, and the ideal serving temperature is 8–12 °C. This wine pairs perfectly with white fish, seafood risotto and other lighter dishes typical of Mediterranean cuisine.

Tempora Anni (Latin for "seasons of the year") is a sparkling wine made from the Istrian Malvasia grape variety.

Ruby red with purple highlights and typical varietal aromas of red fruit, with cherry slightly more pronounced. Full and concentrated on the palate, with marked acidity and lively, well-integrated tannins. Pleasant and long finish with good ageing potential.

Part of the must undergoes cryomaceration and, after gentle pressing, ferments separately at 14–16 °C. The wine ages on fine lees in stainless steel until spring, when it is bottled.

Ciril is the first macerated wine from Anđelini Winery, made from grapes sourced from a seventy-year-old family vineyard. A 40-day skin maceration has given the wine its deep amber hue, layered character and pronounced texture. The nose shows dried fruit, tea and spice with a gentle oxidative touch typical of the style. Filomena is the most awarded wine of our winery. Its name derives from the Greek word Philoumenes, formed from phileo meaning love and menos meaning strength. When you taste it, we believe you will understand why this wine truly deserves its name. The Istrian Malvasia grapes are hand-harvested at full ripeness, macerated for 36 hours and vinified partly in acacia and oak barrels and partly in stainless steel tanks. After one year of ageing in wood, the wine is further matured in the bottle for another year. This gives the wine fullness and strength while developing its aromatic profile with excellent freshness. Outstanding ageing potential.

This distinctive wine is matured using the traditional ageing method. After maceration and fermentation on its own yeasts, Malvazija Classic ages for 9 months in wooden barrels. It displays an intense straw-yellow colour. The aroma is finely expressed, with notes of fruit, flowers and spice overlaid with vanilla. The palate is dry, saline, soft and rounded, with a fine bitter finish. Ideally served with fish dishes, seafood and pasta.

It is distinguished by a full and robust body with a lavish aroma reminiscent of raspberry, as well as other berries such as blackberry, blueberry and currant. The fearlessness and determination of a fresh Teran blend with the finesse and elegance of its strong character, while pleasant freshness and fine tannins provide completeness, a long-lasting flavour and good balance. This wine is ideal for longer ageing. It is produced by a fermentation process lasting 21 days and aged for eight months in stainless steel tanks. For a complete food-and-wine experience, Teran should be served at 16–18 °C alongside blue fish, red meat dishes and mature cheeses.

The “Celeste” sparkling wine is a rosé made from Teran (60%), Merlot (30%), and Black Malvasia (10%).

On the first nose, dominant notes of sage honey and candied orange peel appear, followed by hints of gooseberry, ripe peach, and dried almonds. The wine is semi-sweet, moderately warm, and moderately smooth, while also offering good freshness. It is flavourful with a medium body. The wine is balanced, with pronounced flavour intensity and a long-lasting finish. On the aftertaste, notes of ripe peach emerge. It is harmonious, easy to drink, and pairs excellently with delicate fruit tarts.
