A crisp Istrian white wine made from Chardonnay, with bright citrus and green apple notes, subtle minerality and fresh acidity. Easy-drinking, elegant and suited for relaxed dining.

Produced from a selection of the finest Teran grapes. It has an almost opaque purple color. On the nose, you will sense young and fresh aromas expressed through the intense scent of small red and black berries such as blackberry, blueberry, and strawberry, along with a hint of peppery notes and subtle forest nuances. On the palate, it is dry and shyly reveals its freshness, which is an essential characteristic of this wine, accompanied by a moderate body and low tannins.

Teran Barrique is a wine made from hand-picked grapes that reaches its optimal tasting moment only after it has achieved the desired maturity, which is why each bottle is sealed in a specially designed box. After ageing for 12 months in wooden barrels five metres underground, the wine requires a further three months of bottle maturation. For this reason, the box is unlocked only after 90 days using an app and a QR code, and during that waiting period the app sends the wine lover messages with insights from the world of oenology and the history of our winery. After three months the owner receives the unlocking code, and the bottle carries the message “Time for your time”. The unlocked treasure is within reach – a ruby-red wine with noble aromas and mature flavour, showing the characteristic notes of forest fruit and a subtle hint of vanilla, pairing perfectly with meat dishes, game, prosciutto and cheese, as well as various truffle dishes.

Fakin Rosé is a wine with a full and smooth body and a distinctly fruity flavour, in which floral hints and red grapefruit continue on the palate alongside marked salinity and minerality. The simplicity and elegance of its aroma make it approachable and sincere, with a touch of pleasant freshness and delicate persistence.This lively and aromatic wine, deep pink in colour with a copper hue, offers sheer drinking pleasure, dominated by flavours of pomegranate and a dry, rather refreshing aroma.The dynamic harmony of red tannic structure and white-fruit character makes it versatile, adding a note of enthusiasm and openness to the overall tasting experience.

Named after our family nickname, this wine blends regional wine heritage with Marko's personal journey, who embarked on a winemaking adventure without a family tradition, creating it independently and wholeheartedly. Although both of us, Lara and Marko, collaborate on all In Sylvis wines, Teran Baćun is exclusively Marko’s wine, showcasing both the robust character of the Teran variety and the Baćun family spirit.

On the Terre Rosse site near Petrovija (close to Umag) both genetically very close yet distinct varieties, Teran and Refosco, grow on red soil. Both have high acidity and a large share of antioxidants, producing fresh, invigorating and long-lasting wines. Low yield provides additional assurance of aroma quality and the potential for long ageing. Alcoholic fermentation begins at 25–28 °C for 10–15 days. Malolactic fermentation and maturation take place in small oak barrels for 36 months, helping to round the initially lively acids and tannins. This is followed by blending and ageing in a large cask for several months, after which the wine settles and matures in bottle for a further 6 months.

The aromatic and attractive In Sylvis Florens Rosé dry wine is produced by processing the red Teran grape as if it were a white variety — through crushing, destemming, and pressing without maceration.

A dry aromatic wine from the 2023 vintage made from the Muscat à Petit Grains (local „Momjanski muškat”), pale yellow in colour with citrus- and floral-driven aromas, elegant sweetness and fresh minerality.

On the first nose, dominant notes of sage honey and candied orange peel appear, followed by hints of gooseberry, ripe peach, and dried almonds. The wine is semi-sweet, moderately warm, and moderately smooth, while also offering good freshness. It is flavourful with a medium body. The wine is balanced, with pronounced flavour intensity and a long-lasting finish. On the aftertaste, notes of ripe peach emerge. It is harmonious, easy to drink, and pairs excellently with delicate fruit tarts.

This wine is born in the finest wine-growing area of Buje, Contarini-Brazzania, where low yields per hectare allow the creation of top-quality wines. The vineyards are laid like an amphitheatre, ideally benefiting from the local climate and the mineral white soils. The grapes are destemmed and the must ferments in stainless-steel tanks at 18–25 °C for 20 days. This is followed by pressing and the completion of fermentation (including malolactic) in stainless steel until the end of December. The wine matures in oak barrels of various sizes (barrique, tonneaux, large casks) for 4 years, followed by a further 2 years of integration in stainless steel.

Yellow Muscat is a white, aromatic grape variety belonging to the Muscat family. It is grown mostly in Istria and northern Italy, where it is commonly used for the production of dessert wines. The wine is known for its large, loose clusters of deep yellow berries and its golden colour in the glass.Beyond its authentic and adventurous character, Yellow Muscat is defined by a unique and strongly fruity flavour, alongside an intense aromatic diversity and fullness of body. It displays fine freshness and structure, with a pronounced fruity muscat and floral bouquet, and pairs excellently with desserts when served at 6–8 °C.This semi-dry wine surprises with its fruity harmony and long-lasting pleasant freshness, whose energetic and original aromas are complemented by a dense texture and sweet, rich flavours.

Ruby red with purple highlights and typical varietal aromas of red fruit, with cherry slightly more pronounced. Full and concentrated on the palate, with marked acidity and lively, well-integrated tannins. Pleasant and long finish with good ageing potential.
