At the top of the hill, right next to the vineyard, there still stands a stone with the cardinal directions carved into it — once believed to mark the very center of the Istrian peninsula. Centrum is a cuvée of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon in a fresher, fruit-forward style, produced in stainless steel tanks with a small portion aged in barrique barrels. It pairs beautifully with grilled tuna, squid and pork tenderloin, and with roasted chestnuts it places you in the very heart of Istria, overlooking one of the most spectacular views of the region.

Ciril is the first macerated wine from Anđelini Winery, made from grapes sourced from a seventy-year-old family vineyard. Istrian Malvasia is the most important and widespread indigenous grape variety in Istria, and Malvasia was the first wine produced by the In Sylvis winery. After hand-harvesting, the Istrian Malvasia grapes are processed through crushing, destemming, and pressing. The fermentation process is monitored daily in stainless steel tanks under controlled conditions.

Tempora Anni (Latin for "seasons of the year") is a sparkling wine made from the Istrian Malvasia grape variety.

Fakin Malvasia is a dry wine of straw-yellow colour with greenish hues, creamy and full-bodied, with a recognisable varietal aroma and a pleasant, well-rounded mineral taste. This gentle and silky wine of playful and authentic character exudes elegance and freshness, with citrus and floral nuances.The olfactory palette is led by fresh white fruit and citrus notes, followed by subtle floral-herbal hints in the background, with impressions of narcissus, daisy, chamomile, currant leaf, meadow herbs and green tea. On the palate it delivers energetic freshness with fruity aromas of green apple and pear, lime, kiwi, green grapefruit and lemon.Malvasia matures for six months in stainless steel tanks, and the ideal serving temperature is 8–12 °C. This distinctive wine is matured using the traditional ageing method. After maceration and fermentation on its own yeasts, Malvazija Classic ages for 9 months in wooden barrels. It displays an intense straw-yellow colour. The aroma is finely expressed, with notes of fruit, flowers and spice overlaid with vanilla. The palate is dry, saline, soft and rounded, with a fine bitter finish. Ideally served with fish dishes, seafood and pasta.

The wine has a beautiful greenish-yellow color, is crystal clear and moderately dense. On the nose, it opens with the scent of acacia blossom, notes of fresh apple and lime peel, and a hint of mint leaf. The wine is dry, moderately warm, and moderately soft, while on the other hand, it shows fine freshness, pleasant minerality, and a medium body. Kabolina Malvazija is in excellent balance, with pronounced flavor intensity and fine flavor persistence. The wine is tasty, harmonious, and very drinkable, with a peach note appearing on the aftertaste.

In Sylvis Arbor Malvazija Istarska is a harmonious wine distinguished by its straw-yellow colour with golden reflections. It is crystal clear and moderately dense.

The vineyards lie on the hills around Buje, at 220–250 m above sea level, in the Contarini site. The ideal microclimate allows the grapes to ripen while retaining enough acidity to give the wine fruitiness and balance, while the mineral white soil supports drinkability with its distinct mineral notes. Part of the must undergoes cryomaceration and, after gentle pressing, ferments separately at 14–16 °C. The wine ages on fine lees in stainless steel until spring, when it is bottled.

The fearlessness and determination of a fresh Teran blend with the finesse and elegance of its strong character, while pleasant freshness and fine tannins provide completeness, a long-lasting flavour and good balance. This wine is ideal for longer ageing. It is produced by a fermentation process lasting 21 days and aged for eight months in stainless steel tanks. For a complete food-and-wine experience, Teran should be served at 16–18 °C alongside blue fish, red meat dishes and mature cheeses.

Franc Arman Merlot Superior matures partly in large oak barrels and partly in barrique casks. It is characterised by a deep dark-red colour. This atypically styled wine is full and robust, yet still pleasantly drinkable, marked by aromas of ripe cherry and raspberry with a chocolate-and-spice aftertaste. Discreet oak notes intertwine gently with the fruit aromatics, contributing to the wine’s superior overall impression.
