This distinctive wine is matured using the traditional ageing method. After maceration and fermentation on its own yeasts, Malvazija Classic ages for 9 months in wooden barrels. It displays an intense straw-yellow colour. The aroma is finely expressed, with notes of fruit, flowers and spice overlaid with vanilla. The palate is dry, saline, soft and rounded, with a fine bitter finish. Ideally served with fish dishes, seafood and pasta.

The Istrian Malvasia grapes are hand-harvested at full ripeness, macerated for 36 hours and vinified partly in acacia and oak barrels and partly in stainless steel tanks. After one year of ageing in wood, the wine is further matured in the bottle for another year. This gives the wine fullness and strength while developing its aromatic profile with excellent freshness. Outstanding ageing potential.

A naturally sparkling wine produced by the Charmat method, Brut, 12.5% vol. alcohol. Rich effervescence and a multitude of fine bubbles rising to the surface tease the senses and invite tasting. Thanks to secondary fermentation in tank, the characteristic aroma of Istrian Malvasia dominates, recalling citrus and acacia blossom. On the palate it is fresh and lively, yet at the same time full of flavour — unpretentious, but capable of satisfying even the most demanding palate.

At first scent, citrus notes emerge, followed by hints of yellow pear and acacia blossom. The wine is dry, moderately warm, and subtly smooth, characterized by a refreshing acidity and medium body. It shows excellent balance, pronounced flavor intensity, and a long, lingering finish with a touch of nectarine on the aftertaste. Harmonious and easy to drink, it pairs wonderfully with Istrian cured meat platters.

A fresh and aromatic white wine made from Istrian Malvasia, with notes of acacia blossom, apple, plum and apricot. Dry, elegant and easy-drinking.

An excellently balanced blend of deep ruby red colour, elegant and well-rounded, with aromas of blueberry and raspberry, and a fine hint of dark chocolate and black pepper.

Le Divine is a unique blend of 60% Sauvignon and 40% Istrian Malvasia. This powerful and rich wine came to be almost by accident, when a surplus of Sauvignon was left in the cellar in 2020. The wine aged for six months in wooden barrels and then a further year in the bottle. Le Divine enchants with its minerality and a subtle touch of oak, while its gentle aroma reveals notes of grapefruit, lime and vineyard peach. Its harmonious body is not overpowering but glides elegantly down the palate, offering a refined wine experience. It is bottled in 1.5-litre bottles, symbolising the monumentality of the Pula Arena, which also appears on the label designed by Studio Tumpić&Prenc. The label is inspired by an Istrian legend about fairy builders – powerful beings who, by night, stacked stones from Učka to build the magnificent structure. When the first rooster crowed, the fairies had to leave, leaving the Arena unfinished. Later they reached Vižinada and helped build the picturesque village of Narduči

On the nose, you will sense young and fresh aromas expressed through the intense scent of small red and black berries such as blackberry, blueberry, and strawberry, along with a hint of peppery notes and subtle forest nuances. On the palate, it is dry and shyly reveals its freshness, which is an essential characteristic of this wine, accompanied by a moderate body and low tannins.

It is balanced, with pronounced flavour intensity and very good persistence. The wine is harmonious and easy to drink, with notes of red currant emerging on the aftertaste. It pairs excellently with veal roast prepared under the traditional "čripnja" (baking bell) with homemade potatoes.

Istrian Malvasia is the most important and widespread indigenous grape variety in Istria, and Malvasia was the first wine produced by the In Sylvis winery. After hand-harvesting, the Istrian Malvasia grapes are processed through crushing, destemming, and pressing. The fermentation process is monitored daily in stainless steel tanks under controlled conditions.

The vineyards lie on the hills around Buje, at 220–250 m above sea level, in the Contarini site. The ideal microclimate allows the grapes to ripen while retaining enough acidity to give the wine fruitiness and balance, while the mineral white soil supports drinkability with its distinct mineral notes. Part of the must undergoes cryomaceration and, after gentle pressing, ferments separately at 14–16 °C. The wine ages on fine lees in stainless steel until spring, when it is bottled.
