A naturally sparkling wine produced by the Charmat method, Brut, 12.5% vol. alcohol. Rich effervescence and a multitude of fine bubbles rising to the surface tease the senses and invite tasting. Thanks to secondary fermentation in tank, the characteristic aroma of Istrian Malvasia dominates, recalling citrus and acacia blossom. On the palate it is fresh and lively, yet at the same time full of flavour — unpretentious, but capable of satisfying even the most demanding palate.

This world-renowned white grape variety achieves excellent results on the Narduči sites. The wine is characterised by a bright, vivid yellow colour. Its aroma is open, with a clean and fresh scent of white fruit and flowers. The taste is notably lively, fresh and gently sweet, with a lightly pronounced acidity. It pairs excellently with fish dishes, seafood and pasta.

This grape variety, also known worldwide as Rundler or Burgunder, delivers excellent quality on the Narduči sites. The wine is yellow in colour with a reddish sheen. It has a fresh fruity aroma with a pleasant hint of dandelion. The taste is varietal, very harmonious and persistent. Best paired with fish dishes, seafood and pasta.

A varietal and elegant wine aged for one year in large oak barrels. It exhibits a vivid dark ruby-red colour. The aroma rests on dark fruit interwoven with nuances of aromatic herbs. The taste is finely dry and lively, rounded off by a gently bitter finish. Recommended with various meat dishes.

Teran Barrique is a wine made from hand-picked grapes that reaches its optimal tasting moment only after it has achieved the desired maturity, which is why each bottle is sealed in a specially designed box. After ageing for 12 months in wooden barrels five metres underground, the wine requires a further three months of bottle maturation. For this reason, the box is unlocked only after 90 days using an app and a QR code, and during that waiting period the app sends the wine lover messages with insights from the world of oenology and the history of our winery. After three months the owner receives the unlocking code, and the bottle carries the message “Time for your time”. The unlocked treasure is within reach – a ruby-red wine with noble aromas and mature flavour, showing the characteristic notes of forest fruit and a subtle hint of vanilla, pairing perfectly with meat dishes, game, prosciutto and cheese, as well as various truffle dishes.

Le Divine is a unique blend of 60% Sauvignon and 40% Istrian Malvasia. This powerful and rich wine came to be almost by accident, when a surplus of Sauvignon was left in the cellar in 2020. The wine aged for six months in wooden barrels and then a further year in the bottle. Le Divine enchants with its minerality and a subtle touch of oak, while its gentle aroma reveals notes of grapefruit, lime and vineyard peach. Its harmonious body is not overpowering but glides elegantly down the palate, offering a refined wine experience. It is bottled in 1.5-litre bottles, symbolising the monumentality of the Pula Arena, which also appears on the label designed by Studio Tumpić&Prenc. The label is inspired by an Istrian legend about fairy builders – powerful beings who, by night, stacked stones from Učka to build the magnificent structure. When the first rooster crowed, the fairies had to leave, leaving the Arena unfinished. Later they reached Vižinada and helped build the picturesque village of Narduči

Franc Arman Merlot Superior matures partly in large oak barrels and partly in barrique casks. It is characterised by a deep dark-red colour. This atypically styled wine is full and robust, yet still pleasantly drinkable, marked by aromas of ripe cherry and raspberry with a chocolate-and-spice aftertaste. Discreet oak notes intertwine gently with the fruit aromatics, contributing to the wine’s superior overall impression.

A wine with a pronounced yet elegant and non-aggressive aroma. The nose is dominated by characteristic herbal-fruity notes, while the palate reveals tropical fruit — mango, passion fruit and citrus — with a herbal finish. This fresh, medium-bodied wine pairs ideally with noble cheeses, fish dishes and shellfish.

The vineyards lie on the hills around Buje, at 220–250 m above sea level, in the Bomarchese site. The ideal microclimate allows grapes to ripen while retaining enough acidity to give the wine fruitiness and balance, while the mineral white soil supports drinkability with its pronounced mineral notes. Part of the must undergoes cryomaceration and, after gentle pressing, ferments separately at 14–16 °C. The wine ages on fine lees in stainless steel until spring, when it is bottled.

The wine has a beautiful greenish-yellow color, is crystal clear and moderately dense. On the nose, it opens with the scent of acacia blossom, notes of fresh apple and lime peel, and a hint of mint leaf. The wine is dry, moderately warm, and moderately soft, while on the other hand, it shows fine freshness, pleasant minerality, and a medium body. Kabolina Malvazija is in excellent balance, with pronounced flavor intensity and fine flavor persistence. The wine is tasty, harmonious, and very drinkable, with a peach note appearing on the aftertaste.

Filomena is the most awarded wine of our winery. Its name derives from the Greek word Philoumenes, formed from phileo meaning love and menos meaning strength. When you taste it, we believe you will understand why this wine truly deserves its name. The Istrian Malvasia grapes are hand-harvested at full ripeness, macerated for 36 hours and vinified partly in acacia and oak barrels and partly in stainless steel tanks. After one year of ageing in wood, the wine is further matured in the bottle for another year. This gives the wine fullness and strength while developing its aromatic profile with excellent freshness. Yellow Muscat is a white, aromatic grape variety belonging to the Muscat family. It is grown mostly in Istria and northern Italy, where it is commonly used for the production of dessert wines. The wine is known for its large, loose clusters of deep yellow berries and its golden colour in the glass.Beyond its authentic and adventurous character, Yellow Muscat is defined by a unique and strongly fruity flavour, alongside an intense aromatic diversity and fullness of body. It displays fine freshness and structure, with a pronounced fruity muscat and floral bouquet, and pairs excellently with desserts when served at 6–8 °C.This semi-dry wine surprises with its fruity harmony and long-lasting pleasant freshness, whose energetic and original aromas are complemented by a dense texture and sweet, rich flavours.

This wine is born in the finest wine-growing area of Buje, Contarini-Brazzania, where low yields per hectare allow the creation of top-quality wines. The vineyards are laid like an amphitheatre, ideally benefiting from the local climate and the mineral white soils. The grapes are destemmed and the must ferments in stainless-steel tanks at 18–25 °C for 20 days. This is followed by pressing and the completion of fermentation (including malolactic) in stainless steel until the end of December. The wine matures in oak barrels of various sizes (barrique, tonneaux, large casks) for 4 years, followed by a further 2 years of integration in stainless steel.

A robust Istrian red wine made from the autochthonous Teran grape, marked by lively acidity, bright red-fruit aromas and a distinctive mineral character. Fresh, direct and authentic, ideal for lovers of classic Istrian terroir.

On the first nose, dominant notes of sage honey and candied orange peel appear, followed by hints of gooseberry, ripe peach, and dried almonds. The wine is semi-sweet, moderately warm, and moderately smooth, while also offering good freshness. It is flavourful with a medium body. The wine is balanced, with pronounced flavour intensity and a long-lasting finish. On the aftertaste, notes of ripe peach emerge. It is harmonious, easy to drink, and pairs excellently with delicate fruit tarts.

A dry aromatic wine from the 2023 vintage made from the Muscat à Petit Grains (local „Momjanski muškat”), pale yellow in colour with citrus- and floral-driven aromas, elegant sweetness and fresh minerality.
